Visa & Immigration
Each applicant is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the appropriate visa, permit or immigration status and for understanding and complying with all conditions attached to it. Visa approval, entry, stay and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee any visa or immigration outcome.
Educational Institutions & Documents
Participants are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of their educational, personal and other documents and information provided to us, colleges, institutions or authorities. Any admission, enrolment or acceptance decision is made by the respective institution.
Personal Conduct & Legal Compliance
Each participant is solely responsible for their personal conduct and for complying with the laws, regulations and rules applicable in the country they are visiting.
Participants must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or prohibited activity, or provide false information or documents to any authority, institution or service provider.
We are not responsible for any unlawful or unauthorised act independently committed by a participant, including any violation of applicable laws, immigration conditions, institutional rules or other regulations.
Participants are responsible for any consequences arising from information, documents or actions that they independently provide, undertake or control.

Participants should independently verify applicable visa, immigration, educational and legal requirements with the relevant government authority, embassy/consulate or institution before travelling or undertaking any activity.
